But as time went on I felt I was missing something and at that time I didn’t know what it was. So I started to explore, study, read, and then accidentally discovered Brain-based coaching. I’ve realized that I want to help people, but in an effective way. So that was it! With my help clients alone can come to solutions suitable for their own life, which is amazing! It’s easy, and quick, they solve what they need to and move on.

What was your main source of motivation when you started your own business?

Ohh, definitely to create a better world. I knew and still know that I have a powerful tool in Brain-based Coaching. And with this tool, we can create a better place in our minds. From that point, it’s only a step to an easier, more joyful, energetic life. And that’s my specialization , “Energetic upgrade”. To have a spark in the eye again, wake-up fueled with energy, live a creative and meaningful life, enjoy time at work, be present when with family, to have a little holiday every single day!

How long did it take you to go from just having an idea to actually starting your business?

Well, I´ve been studying intensively for almost 2 years and as I was talking to people, about what they need, how they feel, and what’s most important to them, the idea of my niche was born. So it was a natural move.

What did you find hardest?

Definitely moving out of my comfort zone and thinking out of the box. We tend to do things a certain way, but when the results don’t come we have to try a new way to approach challenges. Reading the book ,,Mindset´´ by Carol Dweck has helped me a lot with that.

If you could go back and do it all again, would you do anything differently?

With today’s knowledge definitely!!! But it doesn’t work that way 🙂

When asked this type of question, always comes to my mind my favorite quote from Nelson Mandela “I never lose. I either win or learn”.  So lesson learned. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I’m today.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Find joy in every moment, because life is too short. And laugh a lot!

How was your experience with the personal brand photoshoot?

It was amazing! Petra with her professional approach created a scene, where I could feel like myself. She did all the managing, played with the light, helped me to pick the right outfit,and invented the story told by the picture.

I have great memories of that day! It was an excellent choice and I´m happy that our paths have crossed 😉

How have your customers/ potential customers responded to your personal branding shoot?

They are amazed!

Petra managed to capture my personality, so now it’s easy for me to connect to my clients because it’s really me in these pictures.

Do you have any pearls of wisdom for other women who have just set up their own business or are thinking about it?

Go for it and support each other! It’s never the right time, but it’s better to try than regret.

Who would be your 5 ideal dinner party guests?

OMG! Tough question! So let’s invite Robin Sharma, Rebel Wilson, JLo, Ricky Martin and Miranda Kerr…. They are my huge inspiration.…Now I’m curious how that would look like 🙂
